Welcome to the premiere episode of IRL: In Real Life.

We've been playing video games our whole life. Those skills should translate to the real world, right? Shooting, fighting, hand-eye coordination, and generally being a bad-ass should all carry over from the console, no?

That's what Complex's new series aims to find out. How many years have we been destroying fighting games?

Surely, we must have picked up something along the way?

In our first episode we learn how to throw hands in the Octagon. We've enlisted the youngest UFC Light Heavyweight Champion and EA Sports UFC cover athlete, Jon Jones to help us find out if we've got what it takes to become a UFC gladiator In Real Life.
