Star Wars was famously inspired by the samurai films of director Akira Kurosawa like The Hidden Fortress and Yojimbobut seeing Darth Vader dressed up in his samurai roots as the Sith's darkest of warriors really hammers home how much the evil general looks like a classical samurai.

Called the “Movie Realization Samurai General Darth Vader” the figurine was recently displayed at the Tokyo Toy show. It stands almost eight inches tall and made by the Bandai toy company. It drops later this fall. Just keep your hands and wrists clear of that blade. Call in some favors, you deserve this.
