A closed beta for Destinywill hit the Xbox systems in late July. The news comes in a new trailer on the Xbox One dashboard spotted by VideoGamer.
The beta will be accessible to gamers who pre-ordered the upcoming mulitplayer shooter from the makers of Halo. Users will need to have a Xbox Live Gold subscription to participate.
The closed beta for Destiny is set to drop on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 on July 17. Which means PlayStation gamers may get a few week head start over their Xbox counterparts.
Destiny to drop on PlayStation and Xbox systems on September 9, 2014.
