Deep Silver and 4A Games have revealed the release date for the next-gen reissue of the sleeper hits Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light. The titles will drop separately and also as a retail and digital bundle on August 26 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4.

The updated titles will allow players to choose the survival horror approach of Metro 2033 or the more aggressive first-person shooter of Last Light in both games. The non-traditional games surprised many PC gamers but many players missed the console port. If you slept on this the first time around don't make the same mistake again.

Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light drops in retail and digital forms on August 26.
