A new mutliplayer trailer showing off the cops versus criminal action of Battlefield Hardline debuted on YouTube today with a new feature. A blistering 60 frames-per-second playback.

Soon you'll be able to watch videos on YouTube at the frame rates that this generation of consoles so frequently boast about. “Your Video game footage with crazy high frame rates will soon look as awesome on YouTube as it does when you're playing,” says a press release from the service. “When we launch support for 48 and even 60 frames-per-second in the coming months.”

YouTube, owned by Google who recently acquired the other major online video giant Twitch, is embracing audiences and community features developed by those other services. Including fan-funding, just like in live-streams, coming very soon.
