Donald Glover, a.k.a. Childish Gambino, may have alienated the entire hip hop community this weekend by trying to "Control" his peers (key word: "trying"), but at least he still has a friend in Community creator, Dan Harmon.

After the show's panel at Comic Con on Friday, Harmon sat down with TVLine to discuss the upcoming season, brought to you by Yahoo. Besides being his usual curmudgeonly self and ungratefully bemoaning Community's continued existence, Harmon made an emotional plea to bring Glover's character, Troy, back to Greendale.

"I told Yahoo to do everything they could do to get him back for as much as we can get him," Harmon said. "I would do anything to have him." Harmon also stated that he doesn't want Glover to pop up for one measly episode. But if they can't get Glover to re-embrace his comedic side, there's always the possibility that the gang's search for Troy be the plot for that long-desired Community movie.

Glover left Community in 2013 to work on a music-themed show for FX, which also allowed him to put more focus on his Childish Gambino career. But since it seems like Glover has more Community fans in his corner than Childish fans, a return to Greendale could be in the cards.
