The Secret Life of Simon Pegg?

Simon Pegg plays a bored psychiatrist traveling the world in this trailer for "Hector and the Search for Happiness."

Simon Pegg has done a remarkable job thrusting himself into the world of leading men, and in Hector and the Search for Happiness he takes on the ever-popular genre of middle-age restlessness.

Hector is a psychiatrist with a very set life routine. As often happens in these situations, the stability begins to feel like a prison, and he decides he has to get away from it all. He travels the world, meeting interesting characters like Stellan Skarsgard, Jean Reno, Christopher Plummer, and an old flame played by Toni Collette.

This, of course, places a strain on his relationship with serious ladyfriend Rosamund Pike, with whom Pegg already established excellent on-screen chemistry in The World’s End. While this movie looks a little on the sappy side, Pegg is too likeable for it to not be good.

But where are you, Nick Frost?
