If you’re someone who grew up in the 1990s and are prone to fits of nostalgia, you may want to sit down.

That rumored Mighty Morphin Power Rangers reboot? Oh, it’s happening. And they’ve brought in the writing team behind X-Men: First Class to get the red, black, yellow, pink, and blue rangers ready for their glorious return to the big screen.

Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz—who penned the wildly successful X-Men reboot in 2011—will team with executive producer Roberto Orci (Star Trek: Into Darkness) to create the story behind the new film. Miller and Stentz will then be in charge of the actual screenwriting.

No word yet on any expected plot points or a rough timeline of when the movie will be released, but if you ask us, it can’t come soon enough. While you wait patiently for the movie to hit theaters, feel free to enjoy these amazing GIFs:
