The sister of suspected Boston Marathon bombers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev surrendered to the NYPD yesterday for allegedly making bomb threats.

The New York Post reports that Ailina Tsarnaeva called her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend home in Harlem on Monday, warning her to stay away from the couple. "Leave us alone. I know people who can put a bomb on you," the North Bergen, N.J. resident reportedly said.

The Post adds that George Briones, Tsarnaeva's boyfriend, is locked in an intense custody battle with the woman over their three children. Authorities say the dispute fueled Tsarnaeva's phone call.

The woman told police about the call, prompting her to turn herself in to police yesterday. She was charged with aggravated harassment.
