As anyone who has had surgery can tell you, you’re liable to say or do just about anything in those loopy minutes and hours after you wake up. Videos of people in the aftermath of anesthesia have made for a wide variety of embarrassing moments, and many times have doomed their subjects to a lifetime spent as merely an Internet meme. Because of this, we have to salute the ambition of Megan. Despite post-wisdom teeth loopiness, blood coming out of her mouth, and the looming possibility that her mom could barge in at any minute, she beseeches viewers across the world to “give money to the place” and participate in what we have to assume is the ice bucket challenge.
Even though she is greatly distressed due to not having a bucket and the fact that her hair will get wet, Megan seems ready to go through with it. While an errant blood drop thwarts her plans, it’s really the thought that counts.
