It may be an unconventional friendship, but when you think about it, could there be any better buddy for the title character in Ted 2 than John Slattery?
The man has clearly demonstrated an ability to drink and do drugs with the best of them, and can go toe-to-toe with Ted for ridiculous one-liners. Really, it’s the perfect match. And who wouldn’t want to watch Roger Sterling and Ted tear up the town?
Slattery will join stars Mark Wahlberg and Seth MacFarlane in the upcoming sequel to their 2012 hit, adding another talented actor to the cast in an as-yet-undefined role. However, with Morgan Freeman and Liam Neeson coming onboard as well, it's clear that Ted 2 certainly will not lack star power.
