Last night on Conan, Justin Theroux at long last addressed the infamous jogging scene on The Leftovers, wherein he wore some rather revealing sweatpants that left little to the imagination. Even his co-star Liv Tyler has said she found his bulge to be “distracting.”
Theroux explained that in that scene he was actually wearing two pairs of underwear under those pants, which means whatever was in there really, really wanted to show itself off to the world. Conan probably put it best when he said, “there’s really not a question there. I’m just congratulating you.”
Also, if Andy Richter saying “I’m a grower” doesn’t haunt your dreams, there may be something wrong with you.
