For the second time in as many months, somebody has jumped the fence at the White House.
Unlike Omar Gonzalez in September, this guy didn't make it inside.
Fox News has video of the fence jumper on the White House lawn kicking a K-9 before he's taken down and continues to fight with the dog using his fists, which probably wasn't a good idea.
Secret Service agents can be seen swarming around him after that.
