Salma Hayek, besides being notoriously gorgeous, is also known for kicking ass, which is why it’s no surprise she’s returned to that fierce side of herself in the first trailer for Everly, where she slaughters at least 10 people, but we may have lost count.
The film sees Hayek as the titular "Everly", a prostitute who goes against her gangster boss and becomes a police informant, earning herself, and her family, a death sentence. She must then fight to survive and save her family before it’s too late.
In 2012's Savages, Hayek did a great job balancing her badass side and poignant side so we're sure Everly is going to deliver.
