We’re still years away from the first Star Wars spinoff movie, and as such there’s plenty of time for rumors that may have absolutely zero basis in reality to circulate. So, what to make of these whispers of Aaron Paul playing a young Han Solo? According to Paul himself, not much:

Does Paul have the wise-ass sort of swagger necessary to play Han? No doubt. But could this rumor be nothing more than a fantasy conjured in some random fanboy’s brain then passed off as fact online to a blindly-accepting public? Most definitely.
