A St. Louis County grand juror has filed a lawsuit against the prosecutor in the Darren Wilson case. The grand jury elected not to indict Wilson for fatally shooting 18-year-old Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo. last August.

According to the Huffington Post, the grand juror claims that St. Louis County District Attorney Bob McCulloch "mischaracterized" the process. What's more, the anonymous grand juror maintains that the Wilson case was handled quite differently than others in St. Louis County:

From Plaintiff's perspective, the presentation of evidence to the grand jury investigating Wilson differed markedly and in significant ways from how evidence was presented in the hundreds of matters presented to the grand jury earlier in its term, the lawsuit stated. The grand juror believes that the portrayal of the case in the media has not been accurate.

In Plaintiff's view, the current information available about the grand jurors' views is not entirely accurate -- especially the implication that all grand jurors believed that there was no support for any charges, the lawsuit stated. Moreover, the public characterization of the grand jurors' view of witnesses and evidence does not accord with Plaintiff's own.

The full lawsuit can be found here.

Last month, Missouri Rep. Karla May called for an investigation of McCulloch, alleging that he swayed the grand jury's decision. This came after McCulloch acknowledged that he knew some witnesses lied to the grand jury.
