Any new release that comes out has some sort of launch party that comes with it. These parties have decent free food, open bars, and almost always a DJ that kinda sucks. These parties happen with everything from movies, to sneakers, to new microbrews, to asthma medicine. And video games are no exception.
To help promote their new game Ori and the Blind Forest (available now), the Xbox squad hit up the Complex video crew in Los Angeles to come check out the event, play a little Ori and talk to some developers. They told us they had free food, a wide open bar and a dope DJ. They were right about the bar. They were wrong about the DJ.
