A Nebraska man with a sense of humor was arrested for marijuana possession over the weekend after police found weed inside of his container cleverly branded "Not Weed."
According to the Lincoln Journal Star, the 21-year-old Lincoln, Neb. resident was pulled over by deputies with the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office on Saturday night. While searching the vehicle, police located the suspicious 16-ounce container beneath the front passenger's seat. Despite the label, it proved to contain just over 11 grams of marijuana, which the driver claimed.
He was arrested on drug possession charges, as well as a charge for driving under the influence of alcohol. Oddly enough, the sheriff's office told the Journal Star that the man's three passengers were completely sober. Why did they let him drive?
