In roughly the span of a generation, the Internet has managed to change every aspect of life on planet earth, from how we fight social injustice to how we keep in touch with friends and family around the world. Yet, for every game-changing technical innovation that has come along, the Internet provided us an equally game-changing terrible prom photo or unintentionally sexual exercise craze to crack up over. MTV2's new series, Joking Off, celebrates the Internet's low-brow genius by having comedians compete to deliver the best joke in response to mankind's worst web fails.

Hosted by stand-up comedian and actor DeRay Davis, MTV2's Joking Off is a fast-paced, half-hour comic game show where teams of jokesters test their improv skills against the wildest memes, tweets, posts, Instagram images, and videos aiming for LOL reactions and dominance over the competition.

The teams are made up of the best up-and-coming comedians and improv performers around today. Rotating series regulars will include Dave Ebert, James Davis, Matt Pavich, James Manzello, Kristen Acimovic, Liza Treyger, Matteo Lane, Mike Camerlengo, Desus Nice, and The Kid Mero (we think you might have heard of those last two).

Throughout the season, MTV2's Joking Off will also feature guest appearances by some of your favorite comic personalities, including Charlamagne Tha God, Timothy DeLaGhetto, Lil Duval, Jon Gabrus, Tanisha Long, Donnell Rawlings, Chris Distefano, Damien Lemon, Jordan Carlos, Monroe Martin, Shalyah Evans, Mike Winfield, Stephen Guarino, Awkwafina, and Mac Lethal.
