In what is surely the celebrity real estate version of your rich aunt suddenly replacing your porn stash (does anyone still have those?) with an overwhelming collection of poetry books, Gwyneth Paltrow and Gary Landesberg just bought the iconic Hustler store on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood. Paltrow and Landesberg, however, have no intentions of continuing the Larry Flynt legacy.

Instead, the property-slinging duo reportedly have plans to emulate the profound exclusivity of The Arts Club location in London. Landesberg is the chairman of said club, while Paltrow currently serves as an active board member. According to LAist, an Arts Club membership will only set you back a paltry $3000 a year, a worthy investment which immediately gives you access to the most specific humblebrag of all time, and surely a hit at house parties serving only the finest hunch punch mixes — "You ever heard of Charles Dickens? I'm in his club."

No word yet on whether or not the club will include a private room for the Goop-approved downstairs steam.
