Rising actor Michael B. Jordan looks like he is rolling with the punches with help from Sylvester Stallone. In the Rocky spinoff, Creed, Jordan plays Adonis, the son of Rocky Balboa’s former friend and foe Apollo Creed, who was tragically beaten to death by a Russian man/possible robot in Rocky IV.

Stallone posted the first official image of the movie on Instagram yesterday, showing himself and Michael B. side-by-side in the ring as Adonis trains to live up to Apollo’s legacy. Creed will be Stallone’s seventh time playing Rocky, his first appearance in nine years since 2006’s Rocky Balboa, and it's set to hit theaters on November 25.

Gotta say, we don't know how many more iterations of Rocky we can handle, but at least Stallone isn't going to be getting in the ring himself in this one (fingers crossed).
