Though Aaron Paul previously hinted at a possible cameo on the expectations-shattering Breaking Bad spinoff Better Call Saul, the show's first season included no such thing (and, judging by the timeline, won't for some time). Paul's performance as likeable meth impresario Jesse Pinkman on the medium-expanding AMC series inspired a legion of Paul fans, and justly so — he frequently comes across as a very affable guy.

However, a small (and possibly inconsequential) bit of news could turn those Saul cameo tides soon enough. Paul just signed on for The Parts You Lose, the forthcoming drama from Oscar-nominated director Paula van der Oest and screenwriter Darren Lemke. Mark Johnson (alongside Tom Williams) will serve as a producer on the film, who last brushed shoulders with Paul on Breaking Bad (where he served as executive producer).

According to The Wrap, The Parts You Lose centers on a hearing-impaired eight-year-old boy who encounters a dangerous fugitive in North Dakota. Though specifics have not been announced, some are logically speculating that Paul has signed on as the fugitive. For now, you should just binge on the Netflix original BoJack Horseman — an imperfect though bizarrely captivating animated comedy starring Will Arnett, Amy Sedaris, and Aaron Paul.
