Jennifer Aniston Is About to Slay The Cookbook Game

In a new interview, Aniston talks about her health habits and not allowing her body to be a "trashcan" for garbage food.

In a new interview with Yahoo! Beauty Editor in Chief Bobbi Brown, Jennifer Aniston reveals she is "working on" a cookbook aimed at those who struggle with dieting. When describing her own health-conscious cooking habits, Aniston labels herself a "good alchemist" with a penchant for experimentation. "I can mix certain things together that are all very healthy," Aniston tells Brown, "but you don't feel like you're depriving yourself in any way."

Of course, celebrity-penned cookbooks are often a highly profitable affair. Cameron Diaz's not-quite-a-cookbook The Body Book gave a glimpse into the clean lifestyle practiced by the actress, a glimpse which successfully added another dimension to Diaz's public image. According to Aniston, a similar approach to the lifestyle-centered medium sounds likely. "Our generation knows what we should put in our bodies," says Aniston, "and that we shouldn't be trash cans putting all sorts of crap in there."

As for which liquid vice to pair with your trash-free dining, Aniston recommends Patrón — though she's also fond of Don Julio 1942. "[It's] a nice sipping tequila," says Aniston. Though Aniston might disagree, a Matt LeBlanc cookbook written in character as Joey from Friends would certainly make a great companion piece to Aniston's forthcoming entry. Let's drink to that.
