"According to Port Authority police, 32-year-old Richardson Rosius of Eatontown, New Jersey, allegedly shouted and pointed the blade at a driver in a nearby car, then stepped back into his Honda and drove through the tunnel. Port Authority cops waiting on the other end stopped him, and spotted the sword sitting on his passenger seat, they said."

The crime carries a maximum punishment of five years in prison.

You'd be surprised howmanypeoplegetarrested for samurai sword-related antics all the time. In fact "samurai sword" is right up there with "naked," "drunk" "alligator" and "Florida" when it comes to appearing in weird-news headlines.
