Hey you guys, what if when you looked out your window you had to see this?

Now imagine it was every time you looked out your window, a few thousand times a year, for like the past 30 years?

That's how the owners of a house used in The Goonies feel, according to a report from WKGW in Oregon, where thousands of people reportedly drop by an Astoria home every year to do a little Truffle Shuffle and take their photo in front of "Mikey's house."

The owners have finally had enough of it. They placed this sign in front of the home:

"Imagine that you buy a house, fix it up, spend money, time and love. Then the city of Astoria encourages 100,000's of people to come and stand in front and view it. This driveway (maintained by homeowners) sees 1,000+ people every day. Most are kind, fun and welcome, but many are not."

And they covered it up with blue tarps.

"Though I enjoy meeting new people, it's become very difficult to live here," the unidentified owner told the Gazette Extra in May (in a quote dug up by Mashable. He also complained of people blocking the road, and leaving trash and animal waste behind.

So will tourists continue flocking to the house where Chunk was forced to humiliate himself before going inside (thus providing us with years of laughter)?  As you know, Goonies never say die, so...
