Police are now looking for a man dressed asSanta Claus, a notorious fictional character who needs no introduction, after he reportedly robbed a KFC in Derbyshire using a knife. The individual, described by local authorities as "tall and stocky," reportedly climbed through the drive-thru window at around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday and demanded cash.
The unidentified impostor threatened various staff members before fleeing the scene, according to the Guardian. The description of the suspect, sadly, doesn’t offer much in the way of specificity:
Derbyshire police said the man was wearing a red hat, red trousers and a red jacket over a black top and had his face covered.
As previously reported, the leading theory on the actual "Santa Claus" is still that he very much does not exist.
