Reading the premise for Adam Sandler's The Ridiculous 6 the first movie of a four-movie deal with Netflix was enough to turn us away from the film. When Ridiculous 6 script pages hit the internet we understood why Native American actors had walked off the movie's set. Our words from way back when have been proven wrong: "We'd say boycott the film, but who was going to watch it anyway?" Everyone's watched The Ridiculous 6 catapulting Sandler's suckfest into Netflix's most watched movie ever in a 30-day span. Sony executives may have not been fond of Sandler but Netflix couldn't be happier with him.

Since hitting the streaming service on Dec. 11 The Ridiculous 6 starring Rob Schneider, Terry Crews, Taylor Lautner, Luke Wilson, Jorge Garcia has made Netflix history. Allow chief content office Ted Sarandos to explain "The Ridiculous Six, by way of example, in the first 30 days on Netflix it's been the most-watched movie in the history of Netflix. It's also enjoyed a spot at #1 in every territory we operate in, and in many of them it's still #1."

In case you were wondering how bad the western could be here's a preview which came across my timeline.

Either curiosity is driving the numbers or people are actually wanting to watch. We shudder at the thought.
