Though humans tend to violently disagree on matters of politics and Adam Sandler, society is still capable of unanimously adoring two very profound things: Star Wars and Calvin and Hobbes. Obviously aware of this inarguable fact, Disney Animation artist Brian Kesinger decided to ingeniously bring both worlds together in the form of some truly amazing 'grams in the style of Bill Watterson:

In the spirit of all that is holy about the limitless potential of entirely baseless conspiracy theories, it's perhaps worth noting (as we already have) that Kesinger works for Disney. Disney, as George Lucas so astutely reminded us during a recent interview, now owns the Star Wars franchise.
Without any evidence whatsoever, ponder for a moment the potential greatness of a Calvin and Hobbes / Star Wars crossover film, then return promptly to the misery of reality.
