Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán, as practically every corner of the internet has surely informed you by now, was recently captured (once again) by presumably frustrated and/or embarrassed authorities. As the story of El Chapo's love-hate relationship with maximum security facilities started to unfold, Sean Pennand Rolling Stone quickly found themselves as co-stars in the increasingly stacked movie that is (as previously confirmed) El Chapo's existence.
Though we were already given an early glimpse at El Chapo post-capture, Mexican officials (by way of Milenio) have now released El Chapo's latest mugshot creations and, predictably enough, that signature 'stache is noticeably absent:
