Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, surely America's most generous Instagrammer, lit the fuse on the hype rocket on Wednesday by sharing the first official look at the cast of the forthcoming Baywatch reboot. Recently retired DJ Zac Efron, Jon Bass, Alexandra Daddario, Ilfenesh Hadera, and Kelly Rohrbach are clearly taking the task of bringing Baywatch to the big screen quite seriously. David Hasselhoff, sadly, was apparently not present during this seemingly impromptu shoot:

Directed by Horrible Bosses helmer Seth Gordon, this cinematic take on the legendary 90s TV series promises to be a bit less restricted than its source material. In fact, as The Rock confirmed back in August, this Baywatch will not only be both "big" and "fun," but will also secure a promising R rating.

Though the project seemed stalled after spending five years in development, Efron's casting—particularly in the wake of Neighbors—and The Rock's general awesomeness propelled the reboot into top-shelf territory. According to a breakdown from the Hollywood Reporter, Gordon's take centers on a super serious lifeguard (The Rock) who joins forces with a less traditional guarder of the seas (Efron) to protect their beach from a dastardly oil tycoon.

Baywatch slides into theaters May 19, 2017. The Rock, truck parking spot pending, may start gearing up for a presidential run shortly after the film's inevitable blockbuster success.
