Following a really successful first season, Mr. Robot is now preparing for a second one, which will make its way to USA this summer. The Golden Globe-winning drama made waves for its smart concept, stunning cinematography, and a powerful, eerie performance from its lead actor Rami Malek (who also took home a Golden Globe). Now the series has announced a few new faces to join its cast, including rapper Joey Bada$$ and up and comer Chris Conroy.

After Mr. Robot decided to cast Grace Gummer, Meryl Streep's daughter who starred in the now-dead The Newsroom, they have now brought Joey Bada$$ and Conroy onboard. Bada$$ will play a friend of Malek's Elliot. His character will apparently be a man from Elliot's neighborhood who talks too much but may end up giving Elliot some wise life advice. Conroy will play Derek, a man infatuated with Joanna Wellick, the power-hungry wife of Tyrell Wellick (Martin Wallström).

In addition to the new members, Stephanie Corneliussen, who plays Joanna, will become part of the main cast. Michael Cristofer, who played the CEO of E Corp last season will also return as main. From the recurring cast, Ben Rappaport and Tom Riis Farrell who played Angela's ex boyfriend Ollie and sad man Bill Harper will also be coming back.
