Tensions are growing between Captain America and Iron Man, and we already know things don't end well. The last two trailers for Captain America: Civil War have shown some intense infighting between the Avengers, with Cap, Black Widow, Bucky (the Winter Soldier), and Falcon on one side, and Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, and Spider-Man on the other. (The rest of the Marvel superheroes, including Black Panther, Ant-Man, and Hawkeye, are somewhere in between.) The film is shaping up to be one of the biggest offerings from the Marvel cinematic universe to date, and now even other stars are taking sides.
After the newest trailer was released on Thursday, Star Wars: The Force Awakens star John Boyega took to Twitter to express his allegiance for Captain America. When it comes to Iron Man, Boyega says "you can keep your government registration;" he's all for the superhero most likely to save him from a burning building.
Boyega went on to say that he hopes T'Challa, alias Black Panther, doesn't take sides in all this nonsense.
But, in the end, we all know where his loyalties lie.
