When the cancellation of Khloé Kardashian's super underrated Kocktails With Khloé was announced on Wednesday, most of us immediately hopped into a state of being perpetually bummed. Lena Dunham, however, has some inside scoop that actually makes the end of Kocktails an empowering moment in Kardashian history. "Self-cancellation is a pretty baller move," the Girls creator and star told Seth Meyers on Wednesday. In fact, as Dunham revealed alongside her Lenny Letter partner Jenni Konner, Khloé is totally the koolest in the fam.

"We received the only praise from the only source," Dunham told Meyers of Khloé's recent Lenny Letter praise. The feminist newsletter, as announced on Wednesday, will now also include a publishing imprint starting next year. "We were in the writers room and I may have been taking a minute to scroll through Twitter because you've got to calm down the brain," Konner explained of the moment she saw Khloé's Lenny love on Twitter. Once the whole room caught wind of Khloé's co-sign, they took the rest of the day off.

According to Dunham, Khloé's app is a constant source of inspiration. "That's not us throwing Kardashian shade," she explained. "Just, for us, she's the peak Kardashian experience." Dunham is less-than-pleased, however, with some Instagrammers' habit of bashing anything Khloé-related she happens to post. "Sometimes we'll Instagram something about Khloé, maybe once or twice a day, and people will be like 'Those Kardashians aren't what you represent!'" Dunham told Meyers' audience. That assessment, of course, couldn't be further from the truth: "They're awesome entrepreneurs who are all about sisterhood and connection and so, yeah, it is."
