Ron Howard's documentary on the Beatles is arriving in September and we finally have a first look at what we can expect from the film. Officially titled, The Beatles: Eight Days a Week—The Touring Years, the film will highlight the famous British foursome's epic rise to fame in the earlier years of their career from 1962 through 1966.

The authorized documentary has been produced with the full cooperation of Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, along with John Lennon and George Harrison's widows, Yoko Ono and Olivia Harrison, respectively. Both McCartney and Starr appear in the documentary with the trailer illustrating sit-downs with both members. "We were kids, we were all pretty scared," recounts McCartney in the clip, which segues perfectly into Starr's anecdote discussing how the group made it through the pandemonium. "We had each other, and we brought that to the music."

The trailer focuses largely on the Beatles mania that followed them from city to city as their star power continued to rise as well as the increasing pressure the group felt while on the road. Of course, the trailer also highlights the Beatles' historic 1965 performance at New York's Shea Stadium, which was the first major stadium concert by the group. The film will also include exclusive footage from the road from their earliest concerts to their last show at Candlestick Park in San Francisco in 1966.

Eight Days a Week will debut in London Sept. 15, hit theaters the next day, and will become available exclusively on Hulu beginning Sept. 17. Academy Award-winning director Ron Howard is familiar with music documentaries, previously directing Jay Z's Made in America back in 2013. With Howard at the helm, Eight Days a Week is likely to be nothing short of incredible. Watch the film's first trailer above.
