You wouldn't expect hardcore Pokémon Go gamers to be the most social people, but a new dating app called PokéDates, is trying to make sure that those working on catching 'em all have someone special to join them on their quest. The new app promises to help Poké lovers to find a partner to catch, train, and battle Pokémon with.

The new dating app comes from the dating app company Project Fixup. Regarding PokéDates, the Project Fixup website says,

We believe that dating should be about getting out there, meeting new people, and enjoying the world around… not sitting on your computer browsing, swiping, and messaging back and forth. Project Fixup is about OFFline dating, and saving you the hours of time you would spend online to end up with the same date. Project Fixup is for anyone that is single and up for getting fixed up! We cater to all ages, races, and gender identities.

The app itself works by helping Pokémon Go players connect with other players they could have some chemistry with. PokéDates users also enter their availability into the app then the app then helps them find a date to meet up and catch Pokémon with.

The catch for the app, however, is that while the first date a user matches with is free, subsequent matchups cost $20 a pop. So potential PokéDaters should prepare to shell out the big bugs to potentially find the perfect Poké partner.

Project Fixup did not immediately reply to Complex's request for comment.
