Chevy Chase is in rehab, according to a report from TMZ.

The O.G. SNL actor, dad from the National Lampoon Vacation movies and, as he's best known to millennials, star of NBC's defunct sitcom Community, reportedly checked into the Hazelden Addiction Treatment Center in Minnesota to treat an addiction to alcohol.

The 72-year-old actor has two upcoming projects listed on IMDB—a film called The Christmas Apprentice, which is set to come out this year, and Dog Years, which stars Burt Reynolds as an aging, former movie star who's forced to admit his best years are behind him. The latter is currently filming.

Chase's most prominent film roles in recent years came in the Hot Tub Time Machine movies, which came after he left Community following a very public feud with the series' creator Dan Harmon.

Not shockingly for someone who's been in show business for decades, this is not Chase's first stint in rehab. In 1986, he went to the Betty Ford drug rehabilitation center to beat an addiction to painkillers that he claimed stemmed from treating back problems he got from his countless SNL pratfalls.
