Let's keep it a buck: no matter how black or hip-hop Marvel's new Netflix original series Luke Cage is, many of us want to see the magnificent Mike Colter throw on his hoodie, get into Luke Cage mode and commence to beating people up. Portraying the bulletproof, indestructible Luke Cage has its benefits. While the show isn't one big beat 'em up bonanza, Netflix made sure to include some brutal, bone-crunching sequences into the series.

Note, you shouldn't be going into Luke Cage just to see Cage decimate hoodlums; there's a deeper story here. Sometimes, it's just dope to see someone who deserves it get wrecked. Without too much commentary (and virtually no spoilers), here's a quick guide to Luke Cage's most badass beatdowns, in GIF form.

The illest part about this isn't that Luke's getting shot at (again) to no effect, but how badly those ricocheting bullets destroy the boxing gym.
