Excerpts from 911 calls regarding Mischa Barton's neighborhood disturbance last month have been obtained by TMZ. The two calls, published Thursday, reveal that Barton's neighbors were seriously concerned about her behavior. Barton was said to be screaming about suicide at the time of the incident.

"My back downstairs neighbor's hysterically crying in the backyard and saying she's going to kill herself," one neighbor told authorities. "She's screaming. She keeps saying, 'I just want to die.'" The caller also told the dispatcher that authorities are sent to Barton's residence "every few months."

In a statement to People last month shortly after the initial footage's release, Barton said she had been drugged while celebrating her birthday with friends. Specifically, Barton said, she had been given GHB—commonly considered a date rape drug—while drinking. "I voluntarily went to get professional help, and I was informed by their staff that I had been given GHB," Barton said at the time. "After an overnight stay, I am home and doing well. I would like to extend a big thanks of gratitude to the professionals at Cedars-Sinai for their great care and professionalism. This is a lesson to all young women out there, be aware of your surroundings."

According to New York Daily News, Barton was spotted earlier this week in West Hollywood for the first since her hospitalization.
