Gal Gadot is all set to star in Wonder Woman, the biggest feature for the superhero to date, and a new trailer for the upcoming movie made its debut during the 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards.

There's a little bit of everything in the final trailer for Wonder Woman, from a glimpse into her childhood to action shots of Diana tearing up the battlefield using her iconic shield and whip combo. Her immersion into Earth's society looks like it may get a bit rocky, but that's to be expected for an Amazonian princess.
Now we all just have to wait until the full movie hits theaters on June 2. Between this and WW's upcoming role in the Justice League movie, there has never been a better time to be a fan of one of the comic world's most famous heroines.
Gadot initially teased a new surprise for Wonder Woman fans on her Twitter page on Saturday afternoon, and later confirmed it would be a brand-new trailer when she appeared on the Pre-Show red carpet for the MTV Movie Awards:
If the movie is anywhere near as good as the trailers have been, Wonder Woman should help ease concerns created by the famously disjointed Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice. We already got a glimpse of some backstory for the character in earlier trailers, and this is quickly shaping up to be a definitive look at the Wonder Woman character.
The DC comic universe could use a breath of fresh air, and Gadot's Wonder Woman may be just that.
