They say that imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. It happens a lot. So often, in fact, that we like to ask our readers "Who did it better?" each week when we see a new release that closely resembles something we've seen before.
This coming Saturday is the release of the "Hamptons" Air Force 1. The Hamptons' make-up comes on the heels of the re-release of the Jones Beach Air Force 1, which originally dropped last year and had Strong Island sneakerheads going nuts. Jones Beach and The Hamptons are on different sides of Long Island, and time will tell if the latter release has the same power to cause a scramble—but which beach-themed sneaker do you think reigns supreme?
