The first day of Champions League action kicks off tonight, and to celebrate the occasion, Puma has rolled out new colorways for its two marquee soccer cleats, the evoSPEED and PowerCat.

Manchester City's Sergio Aguero will be one of the Puma athletes to don the new Purple/Orange colorway of the updated evoSPEED 1.2 FG tonight. The boot, which is designed for optimal speed and maneuverability on the soccer pitch, now has an equally aggressive look to match its high-velocity performance. As for the PowerCat, it features a similar Purple/Orange color scheme, though in an inverted layout compared to the evoSPEED. Tonight, the new-look PowerCat will be worn by FC Barcelona's Cesc Fabregas, as they take on Ajax in the season opener.

There's no word yet from Puma whether or not the new colorways will be released to the general population. In the meantime, make sure to check out Aguero, Fabregas, and all the other Puma athletes being featured tonight, as well as throughout the season.
