Having already claimed the Nike Kobe 7 model, it appears that the “What the Kobe” theme will indeed live on, courtesy of the Nike Kobe 8. With both the Black Mamba and his Nike Kobe 9 sidelined indefinitely, it comes as no surprise that the folks over at Nike continue to find ways to keep Kobes current signature model relevant. What better way to do that than by combining all the vibrant colorways the shoe has released in throughout the year, into one colorful offering. For those of you who may not be familiar with the “What The” motif, it is one that pulls design cues from a vast array of color schemes from whichever model is being used. Now that the unfamiliar are caught up to speed, we wonder how many of you Kobe 8 fans can recognize all of the colorways used to create this potentially upcoming release? As exciting and lively as this shoe is, we can’t help but notice that there are a few patterns and colors thrown in the mix that aren’t really recognizable amongst the litany of Kobe 8 release this year. In any event, the Nike Kobe 8 will keep pushing forward and hold down the Kobe fort while the man himself continues to recover.
