It's the end of the year, which means it's time to reflect on the best sneaker drops of 2013. It's been a year filled with memorable footwear moments and to determine the Top 10 Sneakers of 2013, Complex TV's Quickstrike gathered a panel of experts for a round-table discussion.
Quickstrike's DJ Clark Kent and Russ Bengtson, SNKRBST editor-in-chief Jay Corbin, Crooked Tongues writer Gary Warnett, Ronnie Fieg of Kith, Sole Collector editor-in-chief Nick DePaula, Four-Pins editor-in-chief Lawrence Schlossman and Complex director of content strategy Joe La Puma all gathered to debate the best kicks of 2013.
One of the best retros of the year, the Air Jordan IV "Fear Pack landed at #9 on this year's list. With the "Toro" colorway of the IV also dropping this year, it was a highly-contested debate among the panel. So, they had to call in a last-minute judge. Hit play to see who it was.
