Joel Embiid and Marcus Smart Reportedly Both Sign with adidas

adidas Basketball is having quite a month. After signing NBA draft picks Andrew Wiggins and Dante Exum earlier this month, adidas has continued to flex its muscles near the top of the 2014 draft class.

According to ESPN's Jeff Goodman, the Three Stripes have successfully locked up Joel Embiid and Marcus Smart. If this is true, it gives adidas four of the top six picks from the highly touted draft class. This dearth of young talent that will join Damian Lillard, John Wall, and more wearing adidas in the NBA.

Embiid, who was picked third overall by the Philadelphia 76ers, will reportedly earn $1.5 million total over four years. Sixth overall pick Marcus Smart will make $1.2 million total.
