It's been a tough road for the Texas A&M Aggies this season as they try to put the pieces together following the departure of Johnny Football. After starting the season ranked in the top 25, the Aggies have fallen off a bit and currently have a 5-3 record going into this weekends game. However, they have something to cheer about as adidas just hooked up the Aggies with possibly the best uniforms in all of college football.
Paying homage to Texas A&M's 1939 National Championship season, adidas rolls out these vintage-style uniform, helmet and cleats. Easily the standout of the uniform is the leather inspired helmet and facemask that gives a vintage look of what the Aggies wore during the 1939 season. The Three Stripes killed it once again as they opted for a vintage leather look on the adidas RG3 cleats. The jerseys feature adidas' TECHFIT Shockweb technology for a more natural fit, and gives nod to the championship season with a special patch on the right shoulder.
