It’s October which means it’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month. If you’ve been living under a rock, that’s why all these pink sneakers are surfacing from so many brands.
Heidi Burgett, the PR Director of Nike, tweeted out a photo of some ill pink Air Jordan VI cleats that she says will be taking the football field starting today, and running through the whole month. There are a ton of NFL players that Nike sponsors, so they shouldn’t be hard to spot. Especially in such a vivid color.
Who knows if anyone outside the NFL will be able to get their hands on these, but that doesn’t have to stop you from supporting Breast Cancer Awareness yourself. Strap on some pink kicks, and don’t forget to tag your Instagram photos with #ComplexKicks so everyone can see.
