After teaming up with Reebok this past summer, Hanon is back on the grind this season with another collaboration. Like its last sneaker, which was a nod to its home city of Aberdeen in Scotland, this latest iteration sticks with the familiar "3 Castles" theme.
Using the GL 6000 model as the base, Hanon incorporates imagery from the Aberdeen coat of arms, which includes two leopards and three castles, onto the vintage runner. The sneaker is constructed of a grey pig suede with tonal paneling throughout. There are perforations right on the vamp and a striking hit of red that covers the heel counter. Rounding out the tribute to its home is a leopard print-lined interior.
The GL 6000 "3 Castles" will launch this Saturday, December 6, through Hanon. Retail will run you £105, or about $165.
