Le Coq Sportif is closing out 2014 in a major way.

The French athletic company, which saw a resurgence of sorts this year by way of some awesome collaborations with overseas shops, introduces a brand new silhouette to its catalog of under-the-radar sneakers. The R900 is a sleek runner that pulls direct inspiration from the R1000 model. Its debut is part of a four-sneaker "Monochrome" collection that leverages the R900's minimal design and clean panels. The pack features black, burgundy, grey, and navy colorways, and each one is equipped with a mesh base with tonal suede overlays.

The collection is already available overseas through French retailer Courir. Let's cross our fingers and hope this model doesn't meet the same fate of its predecessors and actually makes its way  in large numbers to the States.
