Consider this Daylight Savings time for sneaker enthusiasts, as you'll be able to sleep a little later now that major retailers like Finish Line, Foot Locker and Eastbay are following Nike's lead by moving their sneaker launches to 10 am EST/ 7 am PST.
The practice will go into effect on January 3, meaning that if you were planning on grabbing a pair Jordan Melo M11s at launch time, you'll have to wait to do so until 10 am. Also changing will be Champs Sports launch times for Nike and Jordan products, which will also be moved to 10 am EST/ 7 am PST.
