In Nike’s ongoing campaign to bring attention to small local shops, their latest offering as a part of the “Support Your Local” initiative is a pair of Blazer Lows named “Stratosphere” after his family’s Atlanta skate shop.
The rich red suede upper, mirroring Georgia’s red clay, creates a base for black tumbled leather swooshes, and a khaki leather heel tap with an outline of Georgia and a star over Atlanta. The sockliner features a map of the city, nestled inside a bright white sole.
We all know how important it is to support local shops, ensuring wide access to as many shoes as possible. Incidentally, these shoes will be available on Nike.com on January 31, 10a.m. Retail is set at 85$.
